Executive Director: Alexis Carol

Alexis Carol is Co-founder and Executive Director of Women In Transformation. She is a consultant and trainer with Learning Dynamics, Inc., in Wallingford, CT. She specializes in Business Ethics, Creative Leadership and Strategic Planning. She has taught as an adjunct professor at Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT and at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT. She has produced and hosted television talk shows in Denver, CO (NBC) and New Haven, CT (ABC). She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Albertus Magnus College, two Masters Degrees in Theology & Human Development from Yale University and San Francisco Theological Seminary and has studied at Oxford University in England, toward a Ph.D. in Psychology. Alexis is a musician, performer, writer and public speaker. She's an avid runner, kayaker, dancer and equestrian. She has served as a clergywoman, spiritual director, counselor and coach to women for over twenty-five years.
